Error nr 5

after downloaded pdfcreater 1.7.1 and removed the old version,  the new pdf creater won't work and error dialogue was showed as follow. 
my window version is win8.

please try uninstalling the PDFCreator, rebooting your computer and reinstalling it again afterwards.
