Error Nr 75 after installing 1.7.0

Windows XP Sp 3 - Installed 1.7.0 - I cannot print to the PDF file because I get error Nr-75 Path/file access error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, tried returning to version 1.5 but have the same problem.

please try deleting the pdfcmon.dll in your system32 folder manually,
Also make sure all other programs are running during the setup.
