ERROR: PDF Architect Application has stopped working

Users Comment: 

"Everytime I go to print I get the error message. Used to get it periodically, now getting it every time. If it is several pages it would sometimes print page one then I get the error message."

Application Error:

"PDF Architect Application has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
                                                                                  [Close program]

does this happen wile printing from the PDF Architect to a printer, or while printing to the virtual PDF Architect printer?

It happens when printing to an actual printer.
We submitted an error log and attached document a few days ago when prompted by the error message.
It errors out and then eventually prints the pages.  Usually it takes up to 5 minutes per page.  We just realized it was actually continuing to print, because it is a shared network printer with a high volume of jobs sent to it.  No other software is having an issue with this printer.

We submitted an error report on Friday afternoon.

Any update to this issue?
Is there a means of actually communicating with product support to resolve this issue immediately?
