Error pdfcreator printer not found

I guys, 'ive see all tread and tested solution but have same problem.
win 10
instale pdfcreator without problem or error setting but not see the printer.
open pdfcreator and giv me a error.
ive test
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
but not see pdfcreator

*reg delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce\PDFCreatorRestart /f
but not see pdfcreator

if start helper not found it
if start "autorepair" have message: impossible repair or install printer, contact administrator....
