Ich habe leider eine Userin die auf den pdfcreator Server nichts ausdrucken kann. Folgende Fehlermeldungen habe ich im Event Viewer habe ich gefunden:

Was kann man dagegen tun?

Hi,

wurden die Dokumente ggf. im XPS-Format auf den PDFCreator gedruckt?
XPS kann der PDFCreator nicht verarbeiten, die Fehlermeldung deutet darauf hin das hier direkt im falschen Format gedruckt wurde (z.B. durch die Checkbox "In Datei drucken").
Der PDFCreator kann nur Postscript oder PDF verarbeiten.
