Error - Please wait while windows configures MSRedist

Hi all,

After successful update from 1.2.2 and installation of PDF Creator 1.2.3 on WinXP SP3, no more PDFs could be created. By starting the PDF Creator or printing the following error message pop ups:

"Please wait while windows configures MSRedist" - "This MSI must be launched through setup"

I have never seen such a message on older installations of PDF Creator. The uninstall and reinstall brought nothing..

Hello Philip,

Thank you very much for your help!

I removed with “Windows Installer CleanUp” an installation of “MSRedist” and PDF Creator started to work again.
