Error - please wait while windows configures scansoft paperport 11

I’ve run PDF Creator and scansoft in this windows 7 computer for years now.   All of a sudden, I start getting this error when I try to run PDF …  How can I get this to stop and go directly to PDF ???

Hi,

does this happen when you start PDFCreator, or when you try to convert a document with it?

Robin,  I have tried both and both still cause the error.
