Hi, I have a customer that is getting the below error when trying to print a specific page from a pre exisiting pdf. They open the pdf choose file - print - choose specific pages and click print - choose PDF Creator and get the below. The documant they get is 2 pages, the below is on the 2nd page and the first is blank.

This error is with a secured document which I have seen before and is common, Is there going to be a fix with the new release or a patch?

Hi,

this is a ghostscript issue/limitation so we can´t do much about it, you can temporarly convert the PDF to some image format as a workarround.
