Files printed with PDFCreator cannot be saved - Save pop-up window is not triggered

I installed PDFCreator 1.3.2. Installation was succesful. After installation when I try to print, I can select PDFCreator printer as a printer to print to, but after I submit the print nothing happens. The window to prompt me to specify the file name and the destination folder does not come up. When I check the printer queue in Printers, the documents submitted are sitting in the queue with status Paused-Restarting. I cannot do anything with them except Cancel them from the queue.

Before installing this version I used an earlier version 0.9.x, which worked perfectly for many years. Now this version does not work. Please tell me what is the problem. I use Windows XP on my laptop.

I am having the exact same problem. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing a few times with no luck.

Forgot to mention that I use Windows 7.  All previous versions worked fine.

sorry for the inconvinience, it is all a bit coplicated, since we are not able to reprduce this behaviour and don´t know what causes it yet. For most users 1.3.2 works fine, for some not at all. We will release version 1.4.0 next week, which has better logging capabilities. That will help to identify and solve the problem more quickly.
