Help Error message 76,52,75

Hi,

I just upgrade PDF creator to 1.40 and i'm getting these error 76,52,75,when I test print.

I tryed uninstalling & reinstalling and still getting same errors.

Can anyone help.

Thank you in advance!

Hi,

it would be very helpfull, if you could install 1.4.0 again and enable logging by adding the following DWORD (32 bit) value to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\Print\\Monitors\\pdfcmon in your registry: name : Logging, value :1. This will cause PDFCreator to create an advanced logfile at %Windir%\\Temp\\_pdfcmonLog.txt. Also activate logging in PDFCreator (under printer in main menu) and send us the logs (support@pdfforge.org). It will help us to identify and solve the problem.

regards,

Robin

I reinstall an old version 0.9.2 and it's working again. But when I upgrade to 1.4.0, I get the errors messages.  (o.0)

 OK, sending you log file..

Please create a user without chinese chars in the name and test it with this user. Possible that this is the problem.

Best regards,

Thanks for the reply.

I created a new user account and it works. I was able to use PDFcreator1.4.0
Yes you are right, problem was with chinese chars. But I don't get this in 0.9.2.

Could this be fix on the next release? ^_^
