How can I get the User Guide?

I saw what was on a previous thread about getting the User Guide. I clicked on it. I get the User Guide on my screen.

But I don’t have internet at home. I go to a Wi-Fi cafe. I can’t sit there all day studying your guide.

How can I get the guide into my computer? How do I download it? How do I save it?

It took you people only seconds to take my money for the Standard Package. How long does it take to get help from you? What good does it do me to have your product if I can’t use it?
