How can I have the "PDF Architect Service" started in Services?

PDF Architect version 1.1.97.14551
When opening some PDF files, the program crashes.

Followed the following troubleshooting guide from the forum: (pdf-architect-crashes-every-time/6428)

  1. Go to Start -> Run-> services.msc /s
  2. Make sure that the "PDF Architect Helper Service" and "PDF Architect Service" are started. Otherwise start them.

However, the following error message:
The service "PDF Architect Service" on "Local Computer" could not be started. Error 0x80004005: Unknown Error

How can I get the "PDF Architect Service" started in Services?
