We had to replace a dead system that had a licensed copy of PDF Architect on it with modules enabled. How do I transfer those licenses to the new system? It will not allow me to use the existing keys as they “have already been used”. Can’t seem to find a support number or email for this product. Frustrating! Any help would be appreciated.
while the support is directly linked inside the help section of the application, you can also send your license keys to support(at)pdfforge(dot)org and we will exchange them for new ones.
Thank you for the response - I originally tried sending an email with my license key to support before I jumped on the forum. No one responded to my query. I just sent another request per your instructions.
