How to modify a profile defined by another admin

Hi
we are using PDFcreator 3.4.1 as a Terminal Server version.
we have several administrators on our site and merely profile has been already defined by someone.
All profiles and printers are deployed through the Pdfcreator.ini in C:\ProgramData\pdfforge\PDFCreator .

if I'm able to create new profiles , the already existing profiles can not be adapted...
What I 've to do to be able to adapt them ?
How does it works ?
