I waited more than 2 hours for a file to convert

and then I just gave it up.

I converted several files and it never took that long.

Also, if the file I convert is in landscape it gives me portrait and chops off half the page. How do I fix that?

Please help me.

Hi,

which version of PDF Architect do you have installed on your system?
It shouldn’t take that long in any case, but we need to know which version you are using in order to be able to have a look at the problem.

All I know is that it’s Architect 4, the free version. I hope that’s enough.
