This program is not working properly and I have contacted you all and given more than enough time for at least a response. Since I’ve gotten neither a resolution or response I’m going to need my money back because I’m unable to utilize the modules due to issues on your end

If it is for PDFCreator just let us know your order ID and we will issue the refund.
May I ask which address you contacted, so I can check if there are any issues with support contacts?
