Image disappeared when converting from RGB to CMYK

Hi,
I have created a pdf with PDFCreator 1.7.1. in RGB. When converting it from RGB to CMYK with Acrobat XI using “convert colours” tool two images have disappeared.

How could I mend it?

Hi,

please try to directly create the PDF in CMYK, you can set this under options->formats->pdf->colors
