Images2pdfc outofmemoryexception

Hi!
I’m getting a OutOfMemoryException when i do this on XP Pro-32bit:
images2pdfc.exe /i Quelldatei.Tif /e Zieldatei.pdf /ps A4 /po portrait

Quelldatei.tif is 256Grayscale, JPEG Compression. Filesize 250kB, 4 Pages.

Any ideas?
