My job is to fix technical issues in companies, and I have this new customer that struggle with his PDF creator. It was showing all good a few months ago, and he could print PDF from word, accountant software, etc, but its not showing anymore.
I tried uninstall, ccleaner all registry, reinstall, but it does not work.
I've seen several topics on how to manually add the printer, with a driver ghost something .inf file, but these topics seem out to date (2005), and I can't find the lib folder they were talking about almost 10 years ago.
We are quite frustrated because he paid the license but can't use the software.
So my question is simple : How to display and use PDF creator as a virtual printer when it does not show up ?
