Is it possible for PDFCreator to allow us to define a set first page? The software does allow us to do this now via "Wait/Collect", but we find that the first document is ussually the same for each user. This would also be beneficial for some fax to email applications, like a default company Cover Page.

you can write a small script using the pdfforge.dll and use it as "action after printing" to prepend your companys first page to each document.
