I just purchsed PDFCreator Pro and am getting an Error on Install after entering my license key: "No answer from license server"
I have tried several times to no avail.
Can anyone help?

Premium Support As PDFCreator Plus user, you are
entitled to receive prioritized support via E-mail. If you encounter a
problem, just send us a mail and we will take care of that as the first
thing we do.
It is one of the reasons I purchased the Pro version.
This has proven untrue and should be removed from the site.
we received your mail on december 9th at 9pm and it was answered on the december 10th at 3pm. This is within 24 hours and was handled before other non Plus support requests.
there is no actual issue with the license server itself, this is a connection problem between an individual computer and our server (mostly a temporary issue or firewall/proxy server blocking traffic), so there is nothing we do to prevent this from our end. Please use the offline activation checkbox and send the generated string to support@pdfforge.org, we will then supply the answer for activating offline.
