I've just purchased PDF Architect and it worked until restarting computer

It now crashes every time i try to open and requests me to send an error report with no error codes etc. 


What can i do - feeling ripped off…

What is your OS?
Have you tried updating PDF Architect to the latest version?

I’m interested in solving the same problem.
I can add some informations:
- I’ve installed it on Windows 8
- it has been worked perfectly for three day
- I’ve updated it at the last version
- I’ve activated it from a different internet conection.
