Keeps freezing and stops working

We use PDF creator version 1.02.0003  to generate documents from Dynamics AX. PDF Creator keep freezing and need to get re-started permanently.

Do you know any way to troubleshoot this?

you are using a several years old version, please uninstall it and download the latest stable version (1.7.2)
