I am looking to find out if there are different licensing options? User vs. Concurrent? I have a need for both?

all PDFCreator licenses are machine based, there are no true real concurrent licenses. It strongly depends if you are going to use it on a (terminal) server, where you license the machine for an unlimited amount of users, or if you use a client license which will usually mean 1 client = 1 machine = 1 user.
