Hello, I have problem with pictures quality after merging pdf documents. I must save my thesis in PDF/A 2b standart. Problem is: All pictures are yellowish. The white color in pictures change to yellow color. A try many settings, but the problem still stays. Whre is a problem? Please help.
Hi,
have you tried using the default settings without any changes? Have you tried adjusting the settings for PDF (Compression, colors)?
If you can send us the files to support@pdfforge.org, we can glady have a look at this.

Robin
Yes, I tried default settings. When I used standart PDF output format, white color of pictures is white, it is OK. But when I used PDF/A 2b output format, white background in pictures and graphs (from excel) is yellowish.
I tried turn on and turn off all compression for pictures. I tried CMYK model and RGB model.
I can send examples of my files to you.

So I solved this problem.
I installed PDF XChange wiever as the default pdf viewer instead of the original Adobe Reader X.
Everything is now drawn in order. Adobe Reader caused this problem.
I found one more error with Adobe Reader as default browser.
When I added to the queue 6 pdf files for merging, Adobe Reader launched after each addition and adding discontinued without closing activ Adobe Reader. I must repeated this event six times.
Have you encountered this problem?
Hi,
yes I believe this is the default behaviour of adobe reader.
