Hi there. I noticed that when merging a folder, only documents within the folder but not in its subfolders will be included. That worked with earlier versions. Is there any chance on getting this feature back? My workflow relies heavily on it.
I will create a ticket for our developers about this.
A (not very pretty) work arround would be installing PDF Architect 2 or 1 (not sure in which version this last worked) additionally and using this for merging folders. It is possible to have different main versions of PDF Architect installed on one system.
If I may ask, could you give me an ETA on when this will be fixed? I’d like to avoid having to use multiple versions.
I am afraid it is currently impossible to say when this is going to be fixed. There are some other small bugs and feature requests which are currently being worked on, so it really depends on too many factors.
thank you for the heads up. Sadly, I can’t activate PDF Architect 2. When inserting the new license key received by email, an error message pops up, telling me that this license has been activated on too many computers.
did you change your computer or some of the hardware or windows version of the old one? If this is the case, please send us your license key via E-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org we will then deactivate the old key and provide you with a new one, which you can use to activate PDF Architect 2 on the new machine.
