In a company with around 100+ we have a lot of problem with missing a PDFCreator Driver.
It comes with a Windows update somehow. But it is irregular..
This means that the PDFCreator printer disappear, and therefor doesn't work. Even though the program is still installed.
It is not possible to add the Printer from PDFCreator software.
A workaround is to add the printer manually, based on a Adobe driver.
Which kind of work - but shows that it is the PDFCreator driver, that is missing...
Is there anyway to get an PDFCreator Printer Driver, so we are able to add the Printer again - with a "from disc" driver..!?
this is a bit strange, as PDFCreator basically uses the basic Windows Postscript driver. All recent PDFCreator versions will automatically try to restore missing drivers on launch, are you using an 1.x version?
@Robin.W same here, it seems the PDF Creator drivers are massively outdated or do not update with installation of a new version (downloaded 2.1.1 after 1.x was installed before.)
0.0.0.2 is the latest version for the PDFCreator driver package, the date only reflects when the driver package was originally created, it isn't the installation date. Are you experiencing the same issue as the OP?
In regards to the original post, we can send you a driver package, can I send it to the e-mail your forum account is registered under?
