which program(s) do you use for printing? A lot of the time this problem is caused by the program from which the files are printed to PDF. Could you maybe upload a sample image for which the colors get replaced by greyscale (if possible)?
it sounds like it has something to do with your printer settings, make sure that you have set colored printing on the paper/quality screen (for PDFCreator printer in Windows printing settings).
I have a similar problem - it's not something that I've noticed before. Using pdf creator as the "print to", I scanned three pages of a a document. From the HP scanner I "printed" three pdf files using pdf creator. These three single pages were in colour.
I then restarted pdf creator, and combined the three pages into a single pdf document. It did this OK, but the new pdf document was grey scale.
Nothing was changed between the original scanning/creation of the three pages and then combining them!
Any ideas as to what is happening?
I've done this process many times in the past and have not noticed this - but have not used pdf creator for a month or so.
I have the same problem. Test page in color. no color for any conversion to pdf Word or internet page. I am well in CMJN properties from options on pdf creator programm
It seems not to come from word docement as i have no probleme for smae document on my professional pc.
