No more "EPS to PDF"?

In the older version 1.xx I could add / load an EPS file and it was converted to PDF. Now with version 2.1.2 I get an Error when I try to drag&drop the EPS to the “file-collector”?

Problem of the EPS or of PDF-Creator?

I am afraid EPS support was discontinued after version 1.7.3.
