Not print: Error 75

hi,

after uninstall the 1.2.3 version which returned error 75 but still printed the PDF file (the spool does not drain and turning loop), I installed the 1.7.1 v

there, not print at all: the spool is created (PS file) but the process is not running.
if I open PDFCreator and I add the PS file created, it returns error 75 and nothing happens.

Hi,

please check the permissions for PDFCreator temp folder and extend them if neccesary.

thanks for your answer …but how can I check the permissions ?


PDFCreator can write in “Spool” folder as it creates the PS file, BUT I can’t delete this file myself, even I am administrator : “access refused” (for permissions too)

Temp/PdfCreator/ and sub dir Spool/ are "read only"
when I uncheck “read only” in “Temp/PdfCreator/” folder properties and add PS file to PDFCreator, the same error 75 is returned again
