OCR creates boxes with grey background

Hi!

When I do OCR on a document with text on a white background the resulting document has boxes with a grey background in the areas where there are text. Also, as you can see in the two attachments a line under the signature has been removed.

How can I avoid this?

The source document was scanned on a Konica Minolta bizhub C308.
