Offline activation of PDFCreator plus 2.2.2 without internet connection

I'm writing a deployment script for PDFCreator 2.2.2 that can be used by the production team. That team does not have an internet connection. We develop medical devices. The end user doesn't have access to any Windows features.

I have enough licenses but they cannot activate them. We bought the "PDFCreator Plus Business License"

I read in another discussion that the individual hardware id is needed to generate the license server answer. (http://forums.pdfforge.org/discussion/comment/20972#Comment_20972)

That will not work in our case. 

How can I solve this problem.

the only way to solve this problem is getting a PDFCreator Custom license, as all other versions depend on the individual hardware ID. It will be possible to refund your current license or have it counted towards the custom license. Please contact our licensing department for all the details (licensing(at)pdfforge(dot)org).
