Pages are rotated, makes printing pretty difficult

Have used this product many months. All of a sudden when I make a subset PDF (smaller PDF out of a large one) the pages seem to have a  random orientation. Turning the first page unfortunately alters all of the following pages. Any suggestions?

How do you do this? Can describe the problem step by step? Which applications use you etc.?

You can define the page rotation in the PDF settings. Change it to "by Page". This will do the page rotation individually per page. (The rotation is required, as the pdfs come through the printer and therefore are always in portait format).
