PDF/A Validation: The value of the key N is 4 but must be 3

Hi,


i use the latest version of PDF-Creator and want use PDF/A.
When after I make a Online Validation on www.pdf-tools.com or https://www.pdf-online.com/osa/validate.aspx  i receive the error that the document doesn’t conform the requested standard. 
The test document is only a Word-Document with some text.

It’s always this message what i receive:
The value of the key N is 4 but must be 3.

we think it’s a flaw in the online validator, Adobe Preflight veryfies all PDF/A created with PDFCreator without this error.
