PDF Architect is scrolling slowly in between pages

PDF Architect is scrolling slowly in between pages as you go through the document. The doc is 10Mb and about 163 pages. The first two pages of the document are seen very fast, but as the user scrolls down to page 3 and on, the thinking wheel is on for few seconds until that page opens. If you scroll down more, it needs 3-4 seconds for the pages to show. User stated that it started to be slow a few weeks back but does not know what caused the change. User had that file on her desktop and still having same symptoms.

is it possibly related to the content of the specific file, or does he get this problem for all files?

these are filled out document forms that were scanned as images totaling 163 pages.

We just released PDF Architect 3 yesterday, could you update the user and see if the problem still exists? Or is he using a non free version of PDF Architect?

We recently purchased 1000 licenses of the PDF Architect 2. we have not fully deployed it across our network yet, but this is a problem..

if you purchased a maintenance plan together with the licenses, you are automatically entitled to the update. If not, best contact us by mail (support@pdfforge.org) so we can find a solution more quickly. You could also send us the problematic document so we can test it with PDF Architect 3 and let you know the results.

Ive installed PDF Architect 3 and get the same results as PDF Architect 2.
