I have a large text book with 900+ pages in a PDF file and it loads in Adobe Acrobat without a problem. I try to load in PDF Architect and I get an “error loading document”. Do you want a copy of this PDF to use to verify the source of the error on your end? Where do I send that?
Do you have the latest version of PDF Architect installed (2.1.6)?
I just sent the file to support, and yes I am using 2.1.6. File is a textbook in PDF and is 8.5 MB

if you sent it from the adress you entered in your profile, it never arrived here, perhaps 8.5 MB is to large to pass through our mailserver, I will ask our admin. Can you upload it and send us a link instead?
I sent you a link to download the text book. I sent it from a secondary email. Does your system screen out any email that is not used in a registration?
It’s very frustrating to get support from your company. It is sometimes three weeks before you even see a reply. It makes it hard to have a conversation. I told you about this serious bug in your product all the way back in Dec 2014 and here we are in March and you don’t even have the sample file yet.

No the incoming email is not filtered in such a way, I was only asking becasue a search for your email adress didn’t give any results and I thought it might have never arrived here.
