Same problem all over again - installation required uninstall of previous version 1.2.0, which must have involved deletion of the PDFCeatorSpool folder. Then the PDFCreatorSpool folder must have been recreated by 1.2.1, permissions set by inheritance, therefore excluding User deletion of files.
Please, pdfForge, apply professional programming techniques to this silly problem (now cured again by the same bodge as before).
I have the same problem,a print queue with 10 items that will not delete. However I cannot find the \\temp\\ folder or the spool file that are referred to above.
**update: Call off the hounds - I've found the PDFCreatorSpool folder - my local desktop config had placed it within c:\\users\\(myid)\\appdata (which wasn't indexed by Win7 search) . I've given "everyone" permissions of "full control" as the previous posts suggest.
Q: Was that the underlying problem - was it because pdfcreator didn't have "full control" permissions to that folder, that the old files began to accumulate - because it could not delete each file after converting into a pdf? Certainly this problem started about the time I was upgraded to Win7.
