unfortunately there might be an issue when updating to PDFCreator 4.0.2.
If PDFCreator can't repair the printer itself, please uninstall, reboot your machine and install again afterwards.
This has solved the issue in most cases.

I did the uninstall, reboot and reinstall. Still not working !
