Pdf creator 4.0.3 MAPI call BUG. Two mail windows instead of one

Hello folks,
I have been using Pdf Creator for several years to create e-mail messages with an attached .pdf file to be sent via MAPI with outlook 2016 or Mozilla Thunderbird.
By installing the latest version 4.0.3 as an upgrade, I encountered a BUG: when I click to create the email, two client windows open instead of one.
This happens to me both with Outlook 2016, and with the latest version of thunderbird.
I believe there is a bug in the MAPI call to the client which creates two windows instead of one.
This is a port of the debug:

Is there someone of the developer team that can help me ?!
i had the same issue of the double e-mail windows on 2 different operating systems.

  1. Windows 10 pro italian version with outlook (office 2016 italian),
  2. Windows 7 pro italian and Mozilla Thunderbird rel 68.5.0 italian

Is it a regional language bug ?!

Thanks in advance.

Faber.

Hi, same issue here. Do you ha a solution?

I don't have this issue.

This is my setup:
Windows 10 Pro 1909 (64 bit)
PDFCreator version 4.2.0.10 (latest)

Tried with both:
Outlook Microsoft 365 version 16.0.13530.20418 (32 bit) (latest)
Thunderbird 78.6.1 (32 bit) (latest)

Try this:
Right-click on a file, then select Send to > Mail recipient

Results in the same issue?
The problem is not PDFCreator.

Works as expected?
The problem probably is in PDFCreator.
