PDF Creator component as virus - PDFCreator_Stub_5874[1].exe

Detected and quarantined by Microsoft Defender.  Detection for this is added Aug 8.
Apparently the usual false-positive is uninst000.exe per http://www.pdfforge.org/content/my-anti-virus-program-says-pdfcreator-contains-virus-dont-you-check-your-files.

This one however is called PDFCreator_Stub_5874[1].exe.

What is this module and what does it do? It is in IE5 temporary files.  Is this a legitimate
PDF Creator module, or something else pretending to be?

this is indeed part of our installer, the part which displays the offers for the optional bundeled software. Here is a more up to date virustotal check: https://www.virustotal.com/de/file/16b347c086477d40d8da7e83b6a7ff25729d6a69edf676ad5932236f347ae48a/analysis/1377175458/

It will not install unwanted software without asking you.
