We have installed the free version of PDF creator to about 80 of our user in an Windows 10 enterprise environment. One we try to convert/ merge documents to PDF Creator the documents come up blank and one pages. Can anyone help with this?

Does this happen for all users, or just one?
Does printing the same document to a hardware printer work correctly?
Does this also happen when a simple text is printed from notepad?

This is happening for all users.
Yes, also when using other pdf applications (Adobe).
Yes this happen when a simple text is printed from notepad.
The only page that comes up correctly is the PDFCreator Testpage.
Any suggestions on this issue?
