PDF Creator not working Windows 7 - Reinstalled

Not sure if this went through the first time or not as I wasn’t signed up at the time.  So sorry if you get this twice.

I have Windows 7 - 64 bit - SP 1

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of PDF Creator.  I also uninstalled a program that I thought could have been interfering as it did a similar thing but I didn’t like it as much.  I go to print and select PDF Creator like always, it does a short “working” icon like it’s doing something, and then nothing.  I pulled up my Task Window as well and nothing shows up there either (I watch it as I try printing).  So I am at a loss as to what is going on.  I even ran a cleaner after uninstalling to make sure everything was completely removed.



did you apart from running a cleaner also reboot you machine between the removal and the fresh setup? Otherwise it is possible, that the pdfcmon.dll is still in use and can´t be replaced during setup. Can you please post your setuplog.txt here or send it to us by email?



Yes.  I uninstalled, rebooted, ran cleaner, rebooted, installed, rebooted.  Just in case I hadn’t done that and thought I did, I just did it again and still have the same issue.  Will email you the setuplog file.
