After installation and software registration, PDFCreator Plus program is having problems and does not work.
Hi,
usually PDFCreator isn’t very resource hungry, are you printing very large documents or a lot of documents at a single time? If not there is probably a conflict between something on your system and PDFCreator, as it doesn’t hang on any of the test systems and no other users are reporting this problem.
Does it continue to work if you wait for a while, or does it get completely stuck?
If you can’t use it, we can of course give you a refund.
Unfortunately I doubt we can solve a general “not responding” error from here without directly looking at your system.
For anybody else reading this, additional conversation has taken place via email, there is a general “not responding” error on some PDFCreator windows on his system, if anybody else is getting this, please let us know.
Best regards
Robin

My problçma seems to be the same Daddio and Alvard users here in the forum
Dear sir,
My problem seems to be the same Daddio and Alvard users here in the Fórum
Daddio: Runtime Error (at 357:383): when trying to update PDF Creator 22h
Alvard: PDFCreator 2.3.1 - click Print, no Save dialog, sits in printer queue 1d
Hi,
no it is a completely different problem according to the screenshots you sent by mail.
Daddio is having a problem with the update, you are having a problem inside the application and aren’t getting an exception.
For Alvard, his application doesn’t stop responding, it is also a different problem.
The error message you are getting isn’t PDFCreator specific but the general Windows error message which gets added to the title of windows which have stopped responding. This doesn’t happen on any of the test machines and hasn’t been reported by any other user. Of course you can get a refund, if it is impossible to find the cause of the error.
Does it stop responding all of the time, or only sometimes? Does it stop responding if you lauch the PDFCreator.exe directly, or after printing to the PDFCreator printer? Are any other applications on your system getting “not responding” errors?
Best regards,
Robin
