Pdf Creator won't create a file

Hi all

I have just installed PDFCreator and it's not working. :( It looks like all will be well but instruction No. 4 doesn't happen, viz:

<< 4. Another window will appear asking you to fill in some information to create your PDF. >>

My system is Vista and I have tested PDFCreator in Quickbooks, Notepad and Word. I ran the test using a two-page Word document several times, and on one occasion a small (3cm x 2cm?) window came up and "counted" the pages that were being printed. I have never seen the window to fill in the information.

Any ideas?

It has printed a test page just fine using the "Options" box accessed by opening the PDFCreator program.
