Pdf printer missing , trying to make a flexapp of pdfcreator

Made a flexapp of PDFCreator 5.2.1 but i cannot get the pdf printer working.
"No printers installed" popup if i start pdfcreator asking to fix the printer but this failes.

Pdfcreator starts the following command line to fix the printer.
"C:\Program Files\PDFCreator\PrinterHelper.exe" RepairPrinter -name="PDFCreator" -PortApplication="C:\Program Files\PDFCreator\PDFCreator-cli.exe"

if i start this from cmd i get a log.

So in the end it fails on : AddPdfcreatorPrinterDriverGdi: The system cannot find the file specified

How can i fix this?

(i was thinking of running a script with the flexap post import option that fixes / creates the pdf printer)
