Pdf to email using outlook 365 mail server

using paid product pdf creator server -
i'm looking to use pdf to email with outlook 365 - when we had on prem exchange, it was easy. local lan ip, port 25, etc - i have tested what i believe are correct settings, and the pdf "processes" thru pdf creator, but the email never shows up - here is what i have on the PDFCreator_Server.ini - password has been changed for sharing purposes. any help is appreciated

The support team told me that you're in touch with them.
Make sure the service has all the needed permissions. It is often overlooked that the UI has different permissions than the service that produces the PDFs. Service Configuration — PDFCreator Server 2.3.2 documentation
