Pdf with all fonts embedded and high quality pictures - is that possible?

Hi,
please, can you help me? I would like to create a pdf file with ALL fonts (or the subsets) embedded (as PDFCcreator does when the output file is set to pdf/a or pdf/x) AND to have the high quality pictures in the resulting pdf (as PDFCreator does for "high quality-big file setting" and normal "pdf" file). 
I was not able to get this manipulating the settings of the PDFCreator (setting the picture quality, compression).. I still hope that its possible...?
(I use PDFCreator 2.2)

try using the high quality profile with PDF/A as default output format.
