PDFCreato Freezes when I click on Profiles

I installed PDFCreator Free 5.2.2 for the first time on a PC with Windows 10 64bit. Every time I open it and click on the Profiles tab, the whole app freezes.

I've tried uninstalling and restarting the machine, then did a clean install of PDFCreator again but still I get the same issue. I've even tried to install older versions but still get the same issue.

That is very unusual indeed.

Please send us the setup log to support@pdfforge.org.

You should be able to find it in this folder: C:\Program Files\PDFCreator\
