Pdfcreator 1.4.3 installation results in error code 5

Trying to install PDF Creator on Windows 7 Pro 32-bit

Got error code 5 trying to replace c:\\windows\\system32\\mscomct2.ocx

Restarted computer to end running apps, closed everything in the system tray except Microsoft Security Essentials, tried installation again, same result.
