PDFCreator 2 not rendering some fields on .pdf form

I just upgraded from PDFCreator V1.7 to V2 on a 64-bit Windows 8.1 PC.  I use PDFCreator to save copies of a PDF form after filling it out, but since upgrading, some fields are not rendered in the saved .pdf.  Missing fields include date and time fields, and one single line text field.  Other text fields seem to be rendered properly.  I’ll be happy to provide a copy of the raw form if necessary.

Has this problem (which I believe was traced to a GhostScript issue) been resolved in PDFCreator 2.1.0?

not really, we can’t use GS 9.10 as this doesn’t produce valid PDF/A and all other current GS versions also have some kind of problem. Hopefully a new version will be released soon which doesn’t have these issues. A long term solution would be replacing Ghostscript with something else, but this is currently not an option.
